Event: Heartbeat

The charity Heartbeat will be in the centre throughout the month of February raising awareness and giving information about the work they do. During their time here they will be offering mini "heart health" checks to shoppers and workers, as well as hosting a range of activities.  Bev Taylor, fundraising and communications officer for Heartbeat, said “We hope that lots of people will come along and join in our fun activities, ask for advice about their heart health and take the opportunity to have one of our free mini health checks.”  Heartbeat's aim is to reduce the impact of coronary heart disease in all communities.
